• Removal of mis-trust of some employers regarding under-estimation of Saudi national capabilities and efforts to maintain their encouragement and favoritism to Saudi candidate.
   
• Following up newly trained Saudis before and after employment.

5. Cooperation with Saudi Human Resources Development Fund :

Coordination & cooperation with Saudi HRD Fund in all issues related to company registration with them and getting financial support for training and recruitment program.
